For use of the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Fireside room & pastor’s lounge for 3 hours the day of the wedding
Event Form and Details
Reservation of Facilities:
Please set the date of your event as far in advance as possible. Upon receipt of your application and the non-refundable $200 deposit, your date will be reserved. We require all uses of The Center be reviewed and approved by the Pastor and the Board. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Pre-Event Session:
An important step in the Use of the facility is meeting with the Pastor to discuss the use of the facility and the aim of the event or partnership.
Accommodations:
The facility has many rooms and all rooms come with a specific investment based on the room, the time needed and any ancillary support items prior to, during or after the event.
The use of the Musical Equipment and Sound Systems:
Please let us know at the time of reservation if you are in need of musicians or equipment.
Event Conduct:
The Center does not allow alcoholic beverages on the premises at any time. We also are also a non-smoking facility. We expect a proper amount of reverence within the sanctuary.
Investment for the Use of the Facility:
Non-refundable deposit for the reservation of the facility: $200

All facility payments are due the week prior to the event. If writing a check, please make the payable: The Center
Investment for The Center Staff:
On-site Coordinator for day of event: $150 per hour
Custodian: $150
All remaining fees and honorariums are to be paid at the event.
